• A.H. 260 • A.D. 874 • A.M. 4634 / 4635	The 11^th Imám, Ḥasan 'Askarí whose full name was Ḥasan ibn Alí - Abu Muḥammad, (son of 10^th Imám), was martyred in 260 A.H.

• A.H. 260 • A.D. 874 • A.M. 4634 / 4635	The 12^th Imám, Muḥammad whose full name was Muḥammad ibn al-Ḥasan - Abu al-Qasim, (son of 11^th Imám), died in 260 A.H., aged five. Bore not only the same name but the same kunya (designation) as the Prophet: Abu'l-Qásim; according to S̲h̲í'ahs only the Prophet may bear these two names together. S̲h̲í'ahs hold he did not die, but disappeared and would return.

c. = circa - meaning: "Around, round about, about. The prep. is often used in Eng. with dates, as circa 1400 (c 1400)." (Oxford English Dictionary)
