At the suggestion of Horace Holley a Bahá'í yearbook was published under the name Bahá'í Year Book and subsequent editions were called The Bahá'í World, A Biennial International Record.
Although it was published by the National Spiritual Assembly of the
United States, Shoghi Effendi was the editor-in-chief. Volume 13
(1954-1963) saw publication shift to the Bahá'í World Centre and in1992

that the case of the House of Bahá'u'lláh in Baghdád is now before the
court of the First Instance and has been postponed for some time. He
states that, should the appeal be successful, the opponents are likely
to refer the case to the Court of Appeal and, should that happen, the
government is likely to delay the return of the keys for the House.
