| Muḥammad. Muḥammad was the last of the Manifestations to prophesy the coming of Bahá'u'lláh, and His Dispensation the last of the prophetic cycle of religion. With the appearance of the Báb, this cycle closed. The Báb's mission was not to foretell the Day of God but to announce it.9 |
