| The spiritual and administrative centre of the Bahá'í Faith at Haifa, Israel, comprising the Holy Places in the Haifa — 'Akká area and the administrative institutions located on Mount Carmel, situated along an arc around the holy shrines of the Monument Gardens. The edifices to be constructed* here will serve as the Seat of the World Bahá'í Administrative Order. They include the International Archives, the Seat of the Universal House of Justice, the International Teaching Centre, the International Bahá'í Library and the Centre for the Study of the Sacred Texts. |
